We’ll notify your carrier and they’ll refund any unearned premium.
⚠️ Required by Illinois Department of Insurance law — written cancellation allows the carrier to legally remove themselves from risk.
Note: Agency fees are fully earned. Management may approve a pro-rated refund on a case-by-case basis.

Contact us before your payment date if you’re on AutoPay and wish to cancel.
We’ll coordinate with your carrier. Refunds (if any) are issued by the carrier and may take 2–3 business days.
